There are several NOIs made by different organizations/people. Any of these listed below are fine to use, just don't use one provided by the BOE. 

Please be sure to  send the completed NOI to either to the school choice email for your county, or save the original in your records and send a copy to your local Board of Education via Certified Mail with return receipt and signature required.

These NOIs were made for traditional homescooling under the notify exemption and should not be used for Hope Scholarship participants.
